Edward J. Budd

Edward Budd is a facilitator in the Department of Social and Public Health at Ohio University. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Loyola University Chicago and his Master of Management in Finance and Health Services Management from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. Mr. Budd’s experience includes a number of years as Chief Financial Officer for a major urban not-for-profit hospital and medical center, Director of Finance for a metropolitan health system, and Assurance Manager for a large accounting firm. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
